Kaizen Partners with Suite2Go to Further its Expansion in the APAC Region

Leading regulatory technology firm, Kaizen and Suite2Go, the Australian financial software consultancy have partnered to offer Kaizen’s ReportShield quality assurance solutions in APAC, as part of its continued expansion in the region.

Kaizen’s ReportShield™ Accuracy Testing is already used by 18 firms in Australia, including some of the largest Banks and Asset Managers. This means that 50% of ASIC’s systemically important banks use our services.

The automated, managed service tests the quality of trade and transaction data reported to the regulator. What makes it unique is the comprehensive deep testing of all records, which provides financial firms with full visibility of their reporting quality. The solution is available via the Kaizen Hub, Kaizen’s easy to use web-based platform. It is the only assurance solution that is tailored to all global derivative reporting regimes including ASIC, MAS, HKMA, MiFIR transaction and post-trade reporting, EMIR, and SFTR.

In addition to Accuracy Testing Kaizen offers an Advanced Regulatory Reconciliation solution, which is an end-to-end solution that provides an independent assessment of the completeness of a firm’s regulatory reporting to identify incorrect interpretation or application of the regulations enabling all under and over-reporting to be detected. The solution also identifies mismatches across all the reported data fields (e.g. price, quantity, product difference etc).

Dario Crispini, CEO of Kaizen, said,

“This new partnership with Suite2Go is an important step in our plans to bring our ReportShield solutions to the wider APAC region. With the constant evolution in the global regulatory landscape firms face the challenge of being able to report their trade and transaction data in an accurate, complete and timely manner. Kaizen’s ReportShield solutions help firms deliver the quality of data that the regulators have come to expect, and by partnering with Suite2Go we look forward to helping organisations in the APAC region.”

Andrew King, Principal at Suite2Go, commented,

“We are delighted to have the opportunity to work with Kaizen in the Asia Pacific region. The solutions they offer will be invaluable to the many firms that have reporting obligations in APAC and we look forward to helping develop their presence in the market.”
